How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 7-10 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. If you ordered a tumbler and a shirt, it will arrive separately in 2 packages. We have warehouses in Texas, North Carolina and Arizona.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. We promise you will love these products and those snowflakes will hate them.

How can I exchange an item?
Hassle-free returns! Please email email@example.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you don't dig your item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
*Sublimated shirts are made to order specifically for the person who ordered it, due to that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them, those sales are final. We do not hold inventory or stock.
